Hongliu Yang is a Phd Researcher in the European Foreign and Security Policy research cluster at the Brussels School of Governance. She joined us in October 2016. She holds a Master degree in International Politics from Nanjing Normal University (China) and B.A. degree in English Literature from Anhui Normal University (China).
Her research focuses on the construction of EU’s soft power in Africa.
