“I think that South Korea and the U.S. will continue to pursue engagement, or at least leave the door open to it … (and) North Korea is probably interested in some sort of engagement,” said Ramon Pacheco Pardo of Kings College London, “So, I think that there could be an agreement between the U.S. and North Korea, offering a degree of sanctions relief, or at least exemptions.”
